Information we collect
- Account data — your email, username, and order history when you sign up or place an order.
- Order details — the service you request, in-game info needed to complete it, and any notes you provide to your carrier.
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment providers. We never see or store your card number; we only receive a transaction ID and status.
- Device & usage — app version, OS, crash logs, and aggregated analytics so we can fix bugs and improve the product.
How we use your data
- To deliver the orders you’ve paid for.
- To communicate with you about your order, account, or support request.
- To detect fraud and keep the service secure.
- To improve the app — nothing is sold to advertisers.
Sharing
We only share data with the people who need it to fulfil your order (your assigned carrier), with payment processors, and where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed to honour refunds, resolve disputes, and meet tax/accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
Your rights
